Why we exist
Most resumes never reach a person. Applicant tracking systems (ATS) scan, score, and filter applications long before a recruiter looks, and good candidates get screened out for reasons that have nothing to do with their ability. That silence after you hit apply is usually software.
We started View Resume to fix that. Paste any job post and we tailor your resume to match what the screener is actually looking for, then show you an ATS match score and the gaps worth closing before you apply. The result is a clean, keyword-matched resume that clears the filters and gets read, in about a minute.
