View Resume is at the start of an ambitious roadmap: tailored resumes and public profiles today, then AI interview prep, job matching, and an employer marketplace. It is a lot of product to build, and we care about building it well.

We look for people who:

  • ship real things and sweat the details users feel;
  • are honest by default, in the product and with each other;
  • can own an area end to end in a small team; and
  • want the work they do once to keep paying off.
