Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SPACESHOTS TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099ME2026OPC475196), a One Person Company incorporated in India with its registered office at Flat No. 304-305, Swapna Uday Complex, Mhalginagar, Nagpur, Nagpur - 440034, Maharashtra, India (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the View Resume product and website at viewresume.info (the “Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

“You” or “User” means the individual using the Service. “Content” means the information you submit to or generate through the Service, including resume and profile details and job descriptions. “Paid Plan” means any subscription plan offered for a fee.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the information you provide when registering and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. The Service

The Service allows you to build a profile, generate resumes tailored to a job description, obtain an ATS match score and keyword guidance, and publish a public profile or subdomain. Features, including any future offerings described as forthcoming, may change, be added, or be discontinued at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

6. Plans, fees, and billing

The Service offers a free plan and one or more Paid Plans. Current pricing is displayed on the Service and is stated in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), may be added.

• Billing: Paid Plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select (for example, monthly or yearly) and, unless cancelled, renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price.
• Payment processor: payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; your use of payment services is subject to their terms.
• Price changes: we may change pricing prospectively; changes will not affect the period for which you have already paid.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a Paid Plan at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access until then. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not refunded.

8. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including, where you choose, displaying a public profile.

You are responsible for your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it is accurate and not misleading. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of the information in any resume or profile you create or send.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted; or
• use the Service to develop a competing product or to train machine learning models.

10. AI output and outcomes

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist you. AI-generated outputs are suggestions only, may contain errors, and should be reviewed and verified by you before use. You are responsible for the final content you send to any third party.

We do not guarantee any particular result, including interviews, job offers, or that a resume will pass any applicant tracking system. The Service organises and presents information you provide; it is not a substitute for your own judgement.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos (excluding your Content), is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. The View Resume name and marks may not be used without our prior written permission. If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

12. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not made any payment, one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

18. Grievance redressal

In accordance with applicable law, complaints regarding the Service or any content may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We will acknowledge and endeavour to resolve complaints within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.

19. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
